What we collect

Your email address, so you can sign in.

The subscription entries you add: the name, price, currency, billing cycle, next renewal date, category, and whether you're still using each one.

That's it. No payment details, no bank connections, no location data, no tracking you around the web.

How it's stored

Your entries are saved in a secure cloud database with row-level security. In plain terms: only you can see, change, or delete your own entries — nobody else's, and nobody else can see yours.

Your sign-in is handled with a standard email-and-password account. Your password is never stored in a form we can read.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don't send marketing emails.

There's no advertising in Subtrack and nothing is shared with third parties for ads or profiling.

Currency conversion

When you switch currency while adding a subscription, Subtrack fetches a live exchange rate from a public exchange-rate service.

Only currency codes (like USD or NGN) are sent to it — never your prices, your email, or anything about you.

Deleting your data

You can delete any subscription entry yourself from its detail page.

To delete your whole account and everything in it, email subtrackhq@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Or simply stop using the app — your entries stay in your account, visible only to you.
